The path that lies before you belongs to no one but you. It is yours to walk, and yours to design! I’m here to help you unearth your own unique needs and desires, and make the decisions in life that align with your truest self.

Therapy will look different from person to person, but the goal is usually the same. Most people want to feel better! Whether that “feeling better” is tied to a job or relationship change, a reduction in troubling symptoms, or even knowing or understanding oneself more fully, talking things through with another person can often help…sometimes dramatically.

I believe the most effective way to engage with psychotherapy is on a weekly basis. I offer 50 or 75 minute sessions once or twice weekly in my private, inviting offices in San Francisco and Oakland.
