You do not have to be good.

You really don’t. In fact one of the things I love saying to people I work with is “Get messy!” I tell them to go ahead and live out loud, make mistakes, take risks, follow the thread of curiousity.¬†Only then do you learn the truth… that still, you are worthy. Still, you are loveable.

You do not have to be perfect, you do not have to be good.

If you could wipe away the pretense, the shoulds, the expectations placed on you by yourself, your friends, your parents, their parents… You might be able to see that indeed you are just a living, breathing, being among the wildness of this world.

What would it be like to follow your desires and your wildest dreams? You do not have to be good. You only have to be you.
